Job summary

AmCan International Group seeks a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator in Jeddah to manage data across sales, inventory, and deliveries. You will maintain Excel-based reports and ensure accurate records within our ERP system and warehouse workflows.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years in data entry or similar roles, and hands-on experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sectors.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data organization).
• Good communication skills and ability to follow up on pending tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.

Requirements

• Saudi.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
