AmCan International Group® in Jeddah is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator to join its FMCG distribution network across the MENA region.

The role covers data entry, Excel reporting, coordination with drivers and the warehouse team, and general admin tasks to support operations and supply chain efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 2+ years of data entry or warehouse experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years experience as Data Entry Clerk or similar.
• Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Good communication and task follow-up abilities.

Responsabilités

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Coordinate with drivers on deliveries, collection schedules, and documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on order prep, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate records and file documents properly.
• Support Operations and Supply Chain with admin and reporting tasks.

Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.


• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.


• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.


• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.


• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.


• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Saudi.


• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.


• Experience in the FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.


• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.


• Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on pending tasks.
