Job summary

Golf Saudi seeks a senior leader to head Financial Planning & Control in Riyadh, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting frameworks and governance to support strategic priorities and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee budgeting processes, variance analysis, and management reporting, driving continuous improvement across departments and projects using Power BI and ThinkCell. A 10-year FP&C track record and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Control or a related finance/accounting field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&C budgeting, forecasting, reporting frameworks, and governance.
• Oversee budget planning, guidelines, challenge sessions, and approvals.
• Monitor budget performance via variance analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain management and regulatory reporting templates.
• Support feasibility studies, profitability analyses, and due diligence for strategic projects.
• Ensure Compliance with Delegation of Authority and controls.
• Oversee treasury outputs including cash flow forecasts and reconciliations.
• Develop management reports across departments and projects using Power BI/ThinkCell.
