Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club in Al Khobar is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes for the Finance team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred.
Professional accounting qualification required or equivalent (SOCPA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
5+ years post-graduate experience with 3+ in a leadership role in a large organization; sports/entertainment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycle, multi-year planning and rolling forecasts across all departments.
Develop long-term financial plans aligned with the Club's strategy.
Develop accurate budgets, forecasts and range plans reflecting strategic priorities and operational realities.
Lead the annual budgeting process across departments including preparation, review, consolidation and monitoring.
Partner with departmental heads to ensure budgets are realistic and aligned with strategic priorities.
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Oversee executive reporting and dashboards for the board and executive leadership.
Provide financial assessments for investments, capital projects, and commercial initiatives.
Identify financial risks and implement robust controls; ensure governance and compliance.
