Job summary

Welspun Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced finance leader to manage end-to-end FP&A, reporting, and governance for KSA operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while overseeing outsourced accounting and ensuring compliance.

You will partner with operations, procurement, and commercial teams, develop models, monitor cash flow, and support strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis. IFRS knowledge and strong Excel/SAP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CMA preferred with professional certification.
• 5–8 years in FP&A, finance controllership, or corporate finance.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
• Strong IFRS, financial controls, budgeting, and reporting knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with shared service centers desirable.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
• Develop financial models to support decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, working capital, cash flow, profitability, and capex.
• Prepare Board Packs and CEO decks; deliver MIS and dashboards.
• Support reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Oversee outsourced accounting activities and ensure timely closing.
• Review month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and group timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting quality.
• Partner with operations, procurement, commercial, and project teams on financial matters.
• Evaluate proposals, pricing, investments, and cost optimization.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and commercial evaluation.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Maintain local regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Support regulatory disclosures and transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants and authorities on finance matters.
• Coordinate insurance, banking relations, and liquidity management.
• Prepare finance analysis for ad-hoc projects.
