Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management, partnering with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.

You will own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning, review monthly performance, present insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with commercial, retail, supply chain and brand teams on targets and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA is advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel and business-intelligence/reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin and cost management.
• Commercial acumen, executive communication and stakeholder-management capability.
• Retail, luxury, fashion, beauty or FMCG experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Own monthly performance reviews, including sales, margin, operating expenses, profitability and cash-flow analysis.
• Present financial insights, risks and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, retail, supply chain and brand teams on target setting and performance improvement.
• Strengthen reporting, planning processes, data quality and automation.
• Ensure alignment with financial controls, policies and planning timelines.
