Lazard in Riyadh is seeking a Vice President to join our financial advisory team. You will manage public and private deals, interact with senior client executives, and supervise Associates and Analysts on cross-border M&A and ECM projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in investment banking from a Tier 1 bank, proven leadership, and exceptional client and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with a Riyadh-based position in a demanding, collaborative

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Investment Banking and/or Corporate M&A/ECM experience from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser.
• Demonstrated leadership and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Ability to operate in a demanding environment that values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement.
• Strong client and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités
