Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a senior leader for Trust and Securities Services in Saudi Arabia. You will own the local P&L, lead a team, manage key client relationships, and deliver regular MIS and strategic materials.

You will also engage regulators, coordinate with operations, and partner with Product to refine custody services in line with regional priorities. The role requires deep post-trade knowledge, international banking experience, and fluency in English, with Arabic a plus, alongside the

Qualifications

• 15+ years total experience, with at least 5 years in securities services/post-trade.
• Saudi CME Exam cleared.
• Deep knowledge of clearing/settlement, global custody, fund administration processes.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with internal stakeholders.
• Experience at an international banking institution; MEA experience is a plus.
• English with Arabic language skills advantageous; AI tool usage for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own local P&L for the TSS business in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead the local team to execute strategy and align with TSS goals.
• Manage key client relationships with regular engagement and reviews.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly MIS and executive materials.
• Liaise with regulators on custody/post-trade matters and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations/back office for settlement and reconciliation.
• Partner with TSS Product to enhance custody/service offerings for local needs.
