We are seeking a Vice President to join the team who will manage deals, supervise analysts, and partner with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Investment Banking experience or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or adviser.
• Demonstrated leadership with a team-player approach.
• Strong client and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; Riyadh-based.

Responsibilities

• Manage public and private deals
• Interact with client senior executives
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
• Support origination and business development efforts
• Review financial analyses and modeling
• Draft client presentations and marketing materials
• Play a key role in day-to-day team management
