Kwan Ventures in Saudi Arabia seeks a Vice President – Infrastructure Operations & Asset Management to establish project SPVs, govern shareholder relations and lead asset performance across PPP and concession projects.

You will oversee SPV governance, support financial close, manage performance against KPIs, and coordinate with joint venture partners and external advisors. 15–20 years in infrastructure with GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure development, operations or asset management.
• Experience establishing or leading infrastructure SPVs, with shareholder governance exposure.
• Experience serving on SPV boards or in joint venture structures.

Aufgaben

• Establish newly awarded project SPVs with governance frameworks and leadership teams.
• Support financial close and oversee transition to independently managed project companies.
• Coordinate with shareholders, joint venture partners and external advisors.
• Oversee SPV performance against financial models, KPIs and project milestones.
• Monitor EPC and FM/O&M contractor performance and risks.
• Develop portfolio management frameworks and centralized asset management capability.
