Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control, and capital management.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Analytical rigour, leadership maturity, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional finance qualifications are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting, and governance across the organisation.
• Support large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning.
• Strengthen financial visibility across projects and improve cost control mechanisms.
• Work closely with project directors, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Support funding, banking relationships, and audit processes.
