Foreground. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic Vice President to lead project development from feasibility through investment approval and early execution. You will oversee master planning, financial modelling, and development strategy, ensuring projects are commercially viable and investor-ready.

You will work closely with government entities, advisors and delivery partners, supporting portfolio-level planning and prioritisation in line with national objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate environments.
• Strong exposure to feasibility studies, investment cases, and stakeholder management.
• Experience on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous.
• Strategic thinking, commercial rigour, and government-facing credibility.
