Foreground. is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance for major infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

The role partners with project directors and executive leadership to enhance cost visibility, manage capital programs and funding, and support audit and banking relationships, while delivering robust financial governance and strategic foresight.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control and capital management.
• Professional finance qualifications expected (CMA/CPA/ACCA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance.
• Support large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning.
• Strengthen financial visibility across projects and improve cost control mechanisms.
