Detailed Job Description

As a Voice & Data E2E Core Optimization Engineer supporting SIS Global in Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of core network optimization, KPI analysis, and end-to-end performance tuning across CS/PS Core, IMS, VoLTE, EPC, and 5GC domains. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing root cause analysis on network bottlenecks, analyzing protocol signaling across SIP, Diameter, SCTP, and GTP interfaces, and collaborating directly with multidisciplinary network engineering squads and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end core network optimization initiatives across Ericsson CS/PS Core, IMS, VoLTE, EPC, and 5G Core architectures.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call completion rates, handover success, and data session setup.
• Perform rigorous root cause analysis (RCA), signaling trace investigations, and performance troubleshooting for complex core network anomalies.
• Inspect and interpret core protocol signaling flows including SIP, Diameter, SCTP, and GTP interfaces across active mobile environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
