Job summary

DS DeepSource is seeking a senior VMware Engineer to design, deploy, and manage VMware virtualization solutions for clients in a demanding environment. You will administer vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, build templates and snapshots, and optimize performance while troubleshooting complex issues.

The role requires 6+ years in VMware engineering, strong NSX experience, and reliable collaboration with teams; VCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 6+ years of VMware engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience with VMware NSX for network virtualization.
• Certifications such as VCP are preferred.

• Hands-on experience with virtual machine management, templates, and snapshots.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred.
