Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of creating merchandising displays that drive sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when setting up displays or rearranging products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store managers to determine product placement and display strategies based on sales trends, customer preferences, and store layout.
• Design and set up eye-catching displays that highlight new or featured products.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and priced according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse team to restock products as needed.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of displays and make improvements as necessary.
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback on their performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions and events that align with merchandising efforts.
