Afaq Q Tech General Trading, representing Amazon, is seeking a Vendor Operations professional to optimize vendor activities in the Saudi market. The role focuses on PO management, catalog content provisioning, shipment coordination and driving process improvements.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain records, and enhance performance. The ideal candidate will have analytics, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Procurement experience (POs, lead times, vendor coordination) desirable.
• Experience with large data sets and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support (e.g., PO management, shipment tracking).
• Provide training on catalog content population and procurement processes.
• Interact with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Drive process improvements and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment, and planning to enhance vendor performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
• Source store level pricing and promotions from vendors and execute using internal tools.
• The role may require weekend work but not exceed a five-day work week.
