Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading seeks a Vendor Manager to act as the business owner for assigned Amazon.sa categories, driving forecasting, reporting, and promotional initiatives. This role focuses on profitability, vendor relationships, and strategic category growth across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Excel-driven roles, strong account/program management experience, and a track record of data-informed decision making and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Excel.
• 5+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ‘business owner’ for assigned categories, including forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business, and owning projects and promotions.
• Maximize Amazon’s profitability and selection expansion opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships - contracts, day-to-day relationships, and marketing funds.
• Create business plans for new opportunities and develop/execute project plans for launches with merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
