Afaq Q Tech General Trading partners with Amazon's MENA A-Now team to build a new inventory and sourcing program in Riyadh. The role demands owning end-to-end inventory strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable improvements in stock health and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain or related programs, strong data skills, and experience with process improvements like Lean or Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with complex data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical inventory control.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy.
• Create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, and procurement teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach team on inventory management best practices.
