Job summary

KBR is seeking an Instrument Technician II to ensure Instrument assets are reliable and available, keeping Process Units in operation. You will lead maintenance teams, plan and supervise preventive maintenance, and perform on-site instrument repairs.

The role requires 4–6 years in Oil & Gas maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to travel internationally and reside in Saudi Arabia. English proficiency is essential, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and live in KSA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance technician teams and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans.
  • Execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans and submit progress reports.
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on instrumentation, generators, transformers and motors.
  • Lead daily instrument maintenance execution plan and coordinate activities.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution and monitor technicians.
