SLS The Red Sea is a luxury hospitality destination opening as part of Ennismore's global lifestyle portfolio. As Uniform Attendant, you will ensure team uniforms are organized, presented, and available, working with Laundry and Housekeeping to maintain records and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in uniform room, laundry, housekeeping or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Basic garment care and uniform handling knowledge is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock control.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Reliable, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute clean and well-presented uniforms to team members.
• Receive, sort, and inspect used uniforms before processing.
• Prepare, label, assign, and issue uniforms for new team members.
• Support uniform fittings, exchanges, and replacement requests.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns and assignments.
• Organize uniforms by department, team member, and identification number.
• Monitor uniform inventory and report shortages, damages or replacement requirements.
• Coordinate uniform cleaning, pressing, repairs, and alterations as required.
• Support regular uniform inventory counts and maintain stock levels.
• Assist team members professionally with uniform-related requests.
• Maintain the uniform room in a clean, organized and safe condition.
• Coordinate closely with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.
