Job summary

SmartWave Tech Co. Ltd. is a Riyadh-based systems integrator expanding its operations team. This role owns the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment behind studios, venues and smart spaces.

You will operate, monitor and maintain AV, DSP, video distribution and control systems, coordinate with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT, and produce monthly performance reporting. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT.
• Working knowledge of AV signal flow and IP networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Q-SYS, Dante/AES67, Crestron/Extron, Netgear AV/Cisco switching.
• Understanding CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (ITIL-style workflow).
• Strong documentation and written English.
• Certifications such as CTS, Dante, Q-SYS or CCNA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence
• Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation
• Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT
• Produce monthly performance and availability reporting

The Role

Own the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment - the technical backbone behind studios, venues and smart spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain integrated AV, audio DSP, video distribution and control systems


• Administer the AV network layer: managed switches, VLANs, multicast and QoS for media traffic


• Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence


• Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation


• Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT


• Produce monthly performance and availability reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT


• Working knowledge of AV signal flow (audio, video, control) and IP networking fundamentals


• Familiarity with any of: Q-SYS, Dante/AES67, Crestron/Extron control, Netgear AV/Cisco switching


• Understanding of CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. any ITIL-style workflow)


• Strong documentation habits and clear written English


• Industry certifications (CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, CCNA) are an advantage - not a condition


• Team coordination: daily task assignment, shift planning and workload balancing across technicians


• Reporting discipline: KPI/SLA reporting, client-facing communication and escalation management


• Saudi nationals are preferred.
