Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the MENA region is seeking a Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Senior Manager to join our team. You will lead high-profile engagements, evaluate capital options, and guide complex financial restructurings for clients.

You will coach junior colleagues, supervise project delivery, and collaborate across EY to create value, manage risk, and drive strategic outcomes. Travel within the region is expected, and you will engage with banks and boards to align interests.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Restructuring and turnarounds experience.
Strong finance and accounting capabilities with attention to detail.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives through financial restructurings, enhanced cash management, value creation, or sale of distressed assets.
Lead project teams and collaborate across EY, guiding complex turnarounds and financial restructurings.
Plan and review deliverables, identify opportunities for additional services, and coach junior team members.
Contribute to team initiatives such as account management and recruitment.
