Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Senior Manager to join our GCC team in Riyadh. You will lead engagements, evaluate capital options, and guide high-profile restructurings while coaching junior members and driving value creation for clients, banks, and boards.

The role requires strong finance skills, English communication, and regional travel readiness, with Chartered Accountant or CFA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Chartered Accountant, CFA or similar qualification preferred.
• Strong finance and accounting capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Experience in restructuring and turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements evaluating capital options and maximizing value.
• Guide complex turnarounds and financial restructurings.
• Plan and review deliverables and coach junior team members.
• Collaborate across EY and participate in business development activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, banks, and boards.
