EY-Parthenon is looking for a Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Senior Manager to join our MENA team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our diversely talented and highly experienced team, working at the forefront of high-profile transactions. Our strategic advisors deliver high-quality advice to clients, helping them navigate complex financial and operational challenges.
You will be involved in leading engagements where you assist clients in evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives — whether through financial restructurings, enhanced cash management, value creation, or sale of distressed assets. You will lead project teams and collaborate across EY, and guide the complex turnarounds and financial restructurings.
Your responsibilities include planning and reviewing deliverables, identifying opportunities for additional services, and fostering a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members.
Additionally, you will contribute to team initiatives such as account management and recruitment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong business and commercial acumen, thriving in fast-paced environments while consistently driving value for clients. They possess excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex findings and connect them to client-specific challenges. Advanced numerical skills are essential, including proficiency in financial modeling and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills will also be a key attribute for success within this role as you will be required to assist in preparing reports and presentations that will be delivered to audiences such as banks, investors, management teams and Boards of Directors. You will also be expected to develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and banks.
