EY-Parthenon in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Senior Manager to join our MENA team. You will lead engagements, guide turnarounds, and collaborate across EY to maximize value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Required).
• Relevant work experience in restructuring and turnarounds.
• Strong finance and accounting capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel in the region as required to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives through financial restructurings, enhanced cash management, value creation, or sale of distressed assets.
• Lead project teams, collaborate across EY, and guide complex turnarounds and financial restructurings.
• Plan and review deliverables, identify opportunities for additional services, and foster a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members.
• Contribute to team initiatives such as account management and recruitment.
