Job summary

Almosafer, a leading travel technology company, seeks a Travel Operations Specialist to coordinate bookings, advise clients, and ensure seamless itineraries. You will work with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize service delivery and resolve issues promptly.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of booking systems. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in travel operations, customer service, or a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Knowledge of global travel regulations and visa procedures is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transportation arrangements.
• Provide expert advice and personalized travel solutions to clients based on their preferences and requirements.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Resolve any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or modifications efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other partners to negotiate rates and enhance service quality.
• Monitor and stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing insights and feedback from customer interactions.
