Job summary

Parsons Corporation is recruiting a Transportation Guidelines Lead to shape standards, SOPs, and operational playbooks for Riyadh's major transportation program. You will align policy with engineering needs, drive documentation hierarchies, and ensure consistent practice across agencies, consultants, contractors, and O&M teams.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years in transportation and strong familiarity with AASHTO/MUTCD/PIARC frameworks, plus PE/CEng/PMP credentials. Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and ~15–20 years in transportation agencies, authorities, or consulting.
• Experience developing standards, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.
• Ability to translate technical/operational concepts into concise docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for transportation standards, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.
• Coordinate documentation on traffic management, ITS, and multimodal operations.
• Translate policy and engineering needs into practical reference materials and templates.
• Establish document hierarchy, versioning, and controlled approval processes.
• Facilitate workshops with agencies, contractors, and operators to capture requirements.
