Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience delivering multidisciplinary transportation/traffic management assignments.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and delivering complex deliverables under tight client schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technical delivery across traffic engineering, transportation planning, ITS, roadway design, and related disciplines.
• Translate instructions and schedules into defined assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain technical delivery plans for reports, studies, specifications, and implementation-support activities.
• Coordinate field investigations, data collection, engineering analyses, and technical reviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and maintain action registers and decision logs.
