Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager – Planning Reporting to lead program-wide planning governance, master scheduling, and portfolio reporting across a major transportation program. You will drive schedule integrity, coordinate inputs from multiple workstreams, and provide clear, executive-ready insights on progress and risks.

The role requires 15+ years of planning, scheduling, and project controls experience in large infrastructure programs, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of planning, scheduling, project controls, and reporting on large, complex infrastructure programs.
• Strong transportation, rail, metro, or major mobility program exposure is preferred.
• Proven experience leading planning and reporting at program or portfolio level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the program-wide planning and scheduling framework, standards, processes, and procedures.
• Define planning requirements for WBS, coding structures, calendars, milestones, reporting cycles, and schedule governance.
• Lead development, integration, and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple projects, contracts, packages, and functions into a coherent master view.
• Provide planning oversight to multiple project teams and ensure alignment with governance and objectives.
• Review baselines, updates, progress submissions, and recovery plans to ensure realism and alignment with objectives.
• Support portfolio-level scenario planning and what-if analyses for changes and sequencing.
• Advise senior leadership on planning implications of strategic decisions and changes.
• Own and manage the program-level reporting framework for schedule and progress.
