Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi Arabian Citizen and have at least 2 years' experience translating client materials between English and Arabic in a business environment (preferably in Management Consultancy or other professional services). You will have the opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects which will support your career development and learning. Key Responsibilities

• Professionally translating between English and Arabic business and technical documents, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained, including:
• Provide accurate and timely translation of a wide range of documents from both Arabic to English and English to Arabic, maintaining the original meaning, tone and context. Documents to translate include, client proposals and presentations, internal presentations and other business related documentation.
• Proofread and edit translations for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of linguistic and cultural nuances in both languages to ensure accurate translation and adhere to industry quality standards to ensure all work follows legal and ethical obligations.
• Work with the Business Development team to translate client proposals and other relevant materials.
• Liaise with project teams to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to understand project needs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate efficiently and provide translation progress updates.
• Coordinate with external translation providers, if necessary, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
• Research legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation.
• Retain and develop knowledge on specialist areas of translation.

• The successful candidate will be a citizen of Saudi Arabia.
• An ability to work in an organised and methodical manner and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Strong sense of ethics and discretion required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken) and native in Arabic.
• Highly organized, operates well within a team, as well as independently.
• Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
• Keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment, both directly and virtually.
• Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.
