Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of training programs for internal staff and external clients across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee training teams, content development, field training, onboarding, and training quality, while measuring impact and driving performance improvements through data-driven insights and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent required.
• 6–8 years of experience in training management and learning operations.
• Strong experience in planning, executing, and measuring the impact of training programs.
• Experience leading multi-level training teams across locations/regions.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, OJT).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of LMS and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong leadership, planning, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of training operations across internal and external programs.
• Analyze workforce reports and business requirements to identify training needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with departments and external clients to define training requirements and implementation plans.
• Oversee field and operational execution of all training programs.
• Monitor performance of training supervisors, specialists, and trainers to ensure schedules and content adherence.
• Resolve operational challenges in coordination with relevant departments.
• Develop foundational training programs for new employees across the Group and external client organizations.
• Coordinate theoretical and field training requirements to ensure readiness and quality delivery.
• Analyze performance gaps and develop training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Monitor program implementation and measure training impact on individual and team performance.
• Oversee on-the-job training across work locations and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Evaluate training outputs and recommend improvements based on data and field observations.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, execution quality, attendance, learning outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the continuous development of training materials (technical, behavioral, product, and operational content).
• Ensure training content aligns with business standards, client needs, and learning objectives.
• Conduct field visits to assess training delivery quality and support development of training teams.
