Job summary

Star is seeking a motivated Sales Associate in Riyadh to promote training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions. You will identify prospective clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into enrollments while meeting defined sales targets.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to engage individuals and organizations, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell training programs, professional certifications, and other learning solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, networking, databases, and other sales channels.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients to generate and convert opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate training programs and certification pathways.
• Present course and certification information clearly, including benefits, requirements, schedules, and pricing.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and relevant sales materials with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
