Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks a Trainee - Improvement Process to learn and contribute to Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement across functions.

You will develop data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and project execution skills while supporting productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety improvements; you will gain hands-on experience in dashboards and KPI tracking while aligning with safety and integrity values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Software engineering, Computer Science or MIS or related field.
• Fresh Graduate with basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects, Data Analysis and Reporting, Problem Solving, and Documentation.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement Projects Support Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence projects.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.
• Participate in project teams to improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collect and validate project data and assist in preparing project documentation.
