Responsibilities

• Support AI-powered solutions and agents development using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automation workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Help digitize and optimize business processes by reducing manual activities.
• Organize and maintain knowledge bases in SharePoint for easy access.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports with Power BI to monitor KPIs.
• Test solutions, collect feedback, and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
