Job summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a skilled AI Automation Engineer to join a major retail group in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI, RPA, and automation solutions to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
You will work across Finance, Operations, and IT, delivering production-grade automations with UiPath, Power Automate, and other platforms, while ensuring security, monitoring, and scalable architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA engineering.
- Hands-on RPA development with UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong Python development skills and API/integration experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support RPA initiatives from assessment to production.
- Build attended and unattended automations using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Translate SOPs into robust automation workflows and reusable components.
- Integrate RPA bots with ERP, web apps, databases, APIs, and OCR solutions.
- Design resilient automation with monitoring, retries, and audit trails.
- Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvement.
