Responsabilités

• Support HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel information confidentiality.
• Collect and organize data on training, skills, compensation, promotions, and career history.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities.
• Support HR budgeting and organizational structure and position management.
• Review job titles and position classifications for alignment.
• Participate in HR projects and HR processes and systems.
