Role Overview

The Trade & Promotion Planner (Tamheer Trainee) will support trade plan execution, communication, and performance tracking across channels and regions. This role provides exposure to front-line sales dynamics, promotional planning, and performance analytics—offering hands-on experience in PepsiCo’s core commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and track trade plans across assigned sales channels.
  • Consolidate monthly trade inputs from Area Sales Managers by channel.
  • Provide quantitative analysis and actionable business insights to the TT Excellence team across regions/channels.
  • Support promotional planning cycles, channel performance reviews, and execution tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of field experience across traditional trade channels (DTS, SSV, and/or Wholesale) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trade systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must meet HRDF Tamheer eligibility requirements.
