Kinetic Business Solutions is actively seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator for their Jeddah office on a 1-year contract. The role focuses on coordinating trade marketing activities across retail channels, supporting in-store campaigns, and managing budgets and logistics.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in trade marketing within FMCG or retail sectors.

• 2-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally trade marketing, FMCG, retail, luxury, advertising or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate POS materials, allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

• Valid Saudi driving licence and own car a must.
