Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator for our Jeddah office on a 1-year contract. The role focuses on coordinating trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels, supporting in-store campaigns and managing POS materials and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in trade marketing or related sectors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. A Saudi driving licence and own car are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in trade marketing, FMCG, retail, luxury, advertising or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience coordinating marketing activities across retail and customer channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate POS materials, allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.
