Job summary

XAD Technologies in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-vendor deployments (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson). You will drive site integration, commissioning, and acceptance while enforcing SLAs and KPIs across projects in KSA.

Responsibilities include vendor and subcontractor management, contractual oversight, documentation, HR coordination for iqama and visas, and regular senior management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecom operations.
• Experience with Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson deployments in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of telecom projects.
• Ensure timely integration, commissioning, and acceptance of sites.
• Manage multi-vendor environments with SLAs and KPIs.
• Supervise site progress, rollout schedules, and quality standards.
• Vendor and subcontractor management and contract oversight.
• Coordinate HR, iqama/visa processes, and project documentation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for clients and management.
