XAD Technologies in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Country Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop new opportunities in the region. The ideal candidate has 15–18 years telecom leadership experience, with strong KSA policy, HR, visa management, and vendor relations.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic improvements and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong KSA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Telecom Engineering – Mandatory
• Must be currently residing in KSA
• Strong experience in Telecom Mobile & Fixed Networks
• Experience in Technical Operations & Project Management
• Strong knowledge of HR & Administration
• Excellent Vendor Management & Relationship Management skills
• Strong Business Development and client relationship experience
• Experience in Budgeting, Costing, Forecasting & Financial Management
• Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations and compliance
• Hands-on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring and employee transfer processes
• Understanding of government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA
• Ability to manage recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Proven ability to bring new business and operational improvements
