Job summary

Keenfinity Group in Saudi Arabia is offering an Inside Sales Intern position within its IQSIGHT division. The role supports the sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships while gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations.

You will collaborate with marketing and customer success, learn sales techniques, and have mentoring from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Fresh up to 2 years experience preferred.
• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system; follow up to understand requirements and nurture leads.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
