Job summary

Keenfinity in Saudi Arabia is offering a Finance Internship to support the Finance team with financial analysis and business intelligence, gaining hands-on experience across sales, finance and operations to develop actionable insights that drive performance.

You'll work with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, assist payroll accounting, master data, forecasting, dashboards, and collaborate with senior finance professionals to learn decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in finance, business, economics or equivalent with strong academics.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; basic SAP knowledge.
• Motivated, analytical, reliable with numbers; team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the BPO team to process day‑to‑day accounting entries in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
• Manage GOSI bill payments and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities.
• Support the creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data.
• Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book to support business planning.
• Coordinate with customers and the customer service team to provide operational support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to create purchase orders (POs) based on purchasing requirements.
• Contribute to the development of executive‑level dashboards and performance reporting tools to support management decision‑making.
• Work closely with senior finance professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in financial operations and business‑critical decision‑making processes.
