Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a strategic IT planning leader to drive alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals. This role focuses on governance, prioritization, and effective use of technology resources to support growth and efficiency.

The candidate will partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure delivery of prioritized IT initiatives, while building a mature and scalable IT organization. Strong communication with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field is required.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and advancement of the IT Department’s planning function to align with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance and performance management practices to improve visibility and decision making.
• Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to meet evolving business needs and growth requirements.
• Contribute to building a forward-looking IT function that sustains growth and delivers measurable value.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support IT priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement in planning processes, governance, and coordination.
