Job summary

Red Sea Global's Senior Manager - HR Strategy and Project Management leads the development, governance, and execution of the HR strategy framework and divisional planning at the Riyadh HQ. The role coordinates across HR functions to align with corporate objectives and delivers structured project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred)
• 10 years of relevant experience with 2+ in managerial roles
• PMP or equivalent project governance certification preferred
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, APHRI, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in organizational change management or change management certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and maintenance of HR strategy framework and HR service model, aligning with corporate strategy across HR functions.
• Monitor execution of HR strategy roadmap, track milestones, and provide updates to senior HR leadership.
• Govern strategic HR projects and initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and timely delivery.
• Act as the focal point for HR project governance with documented delivery frameworks and protocols.
• Lead annual HR division planning, consolidating inputs and aligning with the business calendar.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs and objectives with Strategy & Performance, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks.
• Incorporate change management into HR projects, manage stakeholder engagement and transition support.
• Develop HR shared services delivery model with Group HR and subsidiaries; maintain governance and maturity assessments.
• Facilitate alignment between corporate strategy and HR deliverables through planning and reviews.
• Support Saudization strategy with localization planning, upskilling, and regulatory reporting, in line with controls.
