Job summary

Baytonia in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a System Administrator / Product Owner to analyze, develop, and manage the company's ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce systems. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions to improve data quality, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience with Magento and E-commerce platforms.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Good knowledge of databases, SQL, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze departmental needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Manage and develop ERP systems and monitor their integration with other systems.
• Implement and manage Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, HR).
• Manage and develop the Magento platform and integrate it with company systems, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
• Operate and improve E-commerce platforms, including user experience, orders, inventory, payments, and delivery.
• Act as Product Owner by defining priorities, managing the product backlog, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare process maps and maintain system, procedure, and business requirements documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and service providers to implement system changes and integrations.
• Analyze system incidents and root causes, and follow up on resolutions.
• Participate in system testing and conduct UAT before launch.
• Monitor APIs, databases, and data flows across ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to system performance, sales, and operations.
• Train users, provide guidance and support, and monitor system adoption.
• Maintain system security, data integrity, backups, and business continuity.

Job Objective:

The role focuses on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms, serving as a link between business and technical teams to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company's systems as a System Administrator, including users, permissions, configurations, and technical support.
• Analyze departmental needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Manage and develop ERP systems and monitor their integration with other systems.
• Implement and manage Odoo, including Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources modules.
• Manage and develop the Magento platform and integrate it with company systems, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
