Job summary

Baytonia seeks a versatile professional to analyze and manage the company’s technical and business systems, focusing on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and e-commerce platforms. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions to boost operational efficiency and data quality.

The role includes product ownership duties, backlog management, and close collaboration with developers and vendors to implement integrations and automation across systems. Strong emphasis on data integrity, security, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience with Magento and E-commerce platforms.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyze departmental needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage and develop ERP systems and monitor integrations.
• Implement and manage Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, HR).
• Manage Magento platform and integrate with payment gateways and shipping providers.
• Operate and improve E-commerce platforms, including UX, orders, inventory, and payments.
• Define priorities, manage product backlog, and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with developers and service providers to implement system changes and integrations.
• Prepare process maps and maintain system, procedure, and business requirements documentation.
