Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Website Administrator to manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform. You will monitor performance, analytics, SEO, and customer journeys to enhance conversions and the overall online experience.

The role requires 3+ years of e-commerce experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with IT, PM, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years managing an e-commerce storefront; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform administration and site management.
  • Proficient in GA4 and GTM analytics.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
  • Experience with customer journey analysis and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Algolia or similar search platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with ERP/shipping/fulfillment integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform for smooth storefront operations.
  • Coordinate ERP, shipping, and fulfillment integrations and order flow.
  • Monitor website performance, security, and accessibility; implement caching and image optimization.
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior using GA4/GTM; produce actionable insights.
  • Evaluate customer journey across Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout.
  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices and on-page optimization.
  • Improve search relevance with Algolia and related tools.
  • Perform functional and usability testing; fix bugs and broken links.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.
  • Set up website monitoring tools for real-time issue detection.
  • Collaborate with PM, IT, admins, consultants, and vendors.
  • Support continuous improvement of performance and conversion.
  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs: Sales, AOV, CSAT, Store Rating, Customer Count, Retention.

Job description

The Website Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s e-commerce platform. The role will focus on platform administration, website performance monitoring, analytics, SEO optimization, customer journey enhancement, search optimization, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the online store

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and administer the e-commerce platform and ensure the smooth operation of the online storefront.
  • Manage and monitor integrations between the e-commerce platform and ERP, shipping, and fulfillment systems, ensuring accurate order flow, shipment processing, tracking synchronization, and smooth fulfillment operations.
  • Monitor website performance, usability, security, and accessibility, including page load times, and implement optimization initiatives such as caching and image optimization.
  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools, and generate actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Analyze the customer journey across the Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, and Checkout, identify drop-off points, and recommend conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices, including content, meta tags, and other on-page elements, and use analytics and SEO tools to monitor performance.
  • Optimize and manage website search functionality to improve search relevance, synonyms, product discovery, search merchandising, customer experience, and conversion.
  • Conduct functional and usability testing to identify and resolve bugs, broken links, and usability issues.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Set up and monitor website monitoring tools to identify issues in real time and support rapid resolution.
  • Coordinate with Project Management, IT Development teams, administrators, consultants, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to website performance, customer experience, search, and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on relevant e-commerce KPIs, including Sales, Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Store Rating, Customer Count, and Customer Retention Rate.
Knowledge , Skills , Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum3 years of experience managing an e-commerce storefront or similar platform;5 years is preferred.
  • Certification inAdobe Commerce or a similar cloud-based e-commerce platform is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge ofe-commerce platform administration and website management.
  • Strong understanding ofweb analytics, includingGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4) andGoogle Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Good knowledge ofSEO best practices and experience using SEO and analytics tools.
  • Experience withcustomer journey analysis, conversion optimization, and e-commerce performance improvement.
  • Experience withwebsite search platforms such as Algolia or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of web technologies includingHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTTP(S), REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working withe-commerce integrations, preferably with ERP, shipping, and fulfillment systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
