Job summary

Dallah Albaraka Holding Co is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional & Technical Consultant to support and enhance our Odoo environment, with emphasis on accounting and HR modules. The role requires handling both functional and technical responsibilities as a single resource.

Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo features, and providing user support and training, while performing technical development for custom modules and data activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo with strong functional and technical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and HR/Payroll processes.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.

Job description

Odoo Functional & Technical Consultant with strong hands‑on experience to support and enhance our Odoo environment. The role requires a single resource capable of handling both functional and technical responsibilities, particularly in Accounting and HR modules.

Responsibilities

Functional

• Analyze business processes and configure standard Odoo features (with preference for standard over customization)
• Support and enhance Accounting and HR modules including Employees, Payroll, Leaves/Time Off, and Self‑Service
• Provide user support, issue resolution, and basic end‑user training
• Act as a single point of contact for both functional and technical support

Technical

• Perform technical development including custom modules, workflows, and automation
• Customize forms, views, and reports (QWeb/XML) as required
• Manage data activities including imports, cleanup, and basic migration
• Monitor system performance, user access, and data integrity
• Prepare the system for future integrations (APIs, external systems)
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Odoo best practices

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo with strong functional and technical expertise
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and HR/Payroll processes
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end responsibilities

Nice to Have:

• Ability to communicate in Arabic
• Experience with KSA payroll
• Experience in multi-company environments
